Join us this October for SPARK - a StagesStudio event, powered by StagesCloud, that ignites your month of fitness with prescribed workouts, community, and virtual camaraderie. Your participation cost of $25 mobilizes an individual who depends on a working bicycle for work, school and access to healthcare through the global organization World Bicycle Relief.
Expect 30 days of daily workouts ranging from indoor cycling to yoga to strength available every hour, as well as learning opportunities from industry experts around the globe.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Starting October 1st, hourly workouts will be available to participants on the StagesStudio Now app for 30 straight days. You'll receive instructions for accessing the app after registering, before the end of September.
Workouts will range from indoor cycling to strength to yoga. Use any stationary bike or bike on a trainer. Feel free to get creative with weights. If you have a Bluetooth enabled power meter or heart rate strap, you'll be able to pair your device to the app to track your workout data.
Receive daily communications and join the global SPARK community in a private Facebook group to keep the momentum going.

World Bicycle Relief delivers specially designed, locally assembled, rugged bicycles for people in need - designed by Stages' very own partner, GIANT.
In addition to giving away bikes, World Bicycle Relief also helps setup local bike shops and train local mechanics wherever the bikes go - ensuring their long term success within the communities.
